What lyfvault processes

lyfvault may process account data, beneficiary contact details, recovery workflow state, session information, security telemetry, notification logs, and audit events. Vault contents are intended to be encrypted before storage.

Optional passive signals

Device and location-based posture checks are optional. They are intended to reduce password prompts and improve security, but can be disabled. If enabled, they should be processed under clear notice, lawful basis, and retention controls.

Sensitive data

Biometric, identity, and recovery-related data require heightened controls. Raw biometric materials should be avoided or kept ephemeral by default.

Rights and retention

Production deployment should provide access, deletion, correction, and retention workflows consistent with applicable law and any legal-hold obligations.
